Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
While we do not offer furnished apartments, short-term lease options are available to accommodate your lifestyle needs.

Yes! Enclave at Woodland Lakes is proudly pet-friendly with no breed restrictions. All pets and non-pet households are required to complete a profile through Pet Screening.

We offer a variety of parking options, including open parking, covered spaces, and both attached and detached garages.

Every apartment home includes convenient in-home laundry facilities provided by the property.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for their individual utility usage.

Yes. Apartment interiors feature modern appliances, tall ceilings, and oversized patios. Select homes also offer private yards for added outdoor living space.

How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
Applying is easy and can be done online through our website or with assistance from our professional leasing team. Applicants must provide proof of income and valid identification. A $150 administrative fee per apartment and a $65 application fee per applicant apply.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
A security deposit is required at move-in. Qualified applicants may choose between a $150 refundable deposit or an approved surety bond option.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes. Renters’ insurance is required and must include a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
Residents are required to submit a written notice to the leasing office. Our team will provide details regarding early termination fees and available options.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Maintenance requests may be submitted through the resident portal, by email, or by phone. Our team responds promptly, with emergency requests addressed as quickly as possible.
